1.Help Project Manager as needed with the following duties:a. Leveraging agile framework help Project Manager drivetime-boxed iterations called sprints.b. Support Project Manager as needed to drive sprint planning, daily-stands, sprint reviews, retrospective, scrum board administration.c. Help remove impediments.
2. As an Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA) who understands and experienced with the Agile methodology to help using business Agile principles, work with stakeholders to help them understand the benefits of Agile and how it can help their business. They also help the development team understand the business requirements and how they can be met using Agile methods.a. Analyze the Business Domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements.b. Help Product Owner develop and manage Product strategy.c. Stock and Groom the Product Catalogd. Help break user stories into Minimum Viable Product(MVP)e. Help development team understand bigger picture.f. Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.g. Serve as Proxy Product Owner as needed.
