Daily Scrum MeetingsSprint Planning MeetingsSprint Review MeetingsSprint Retrospective MeetingsMaintain Team DynamicsCoach team members (e.g., with one-on-one coaching)Mediate through impediments & conflictsIdentify outstanding project and product decisions impacting team deliveryFoster the assigned team's self-organizationSupport Team, Project and Organization goals with project leaders and productowner(s)Provide feedback to the teamEncourage the use of Agile Practices within the development teamsHelp teams and vendors with the release planningBe familiar with the team (i.e., the product)Bring people together who should meet and support each otherKeep in touch with every stakeholder regularlyHelp the team report to managementHelp to further the Agile community within the organizationBe a contact person for everyone on the team and their stakeholders regarding AgileProvide learning opportunities to people in the organization (e.g., talks orworkshops) and letting them learn important Agile concepts (e.g., technical debt)Facilitate changeWhat You'll NeedRequired:
Five (5) years minimum experience working in the Scrum Master roleDesired:
Familiarity with JIRAAgile development (Scrum Methodology)Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
