Job Description• Mac OS Management: Install, configure, and maintain Mac OS desktops, ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.• JAMF Administration: Administer and maintain JAMF Pro for managing Mac OS devices, including software deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement.• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Mac OS devices, providing timely and effective support to end-users.• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Mac OS systems with network services and other IT infrastructure components.• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to Mac OS applications, peripherals, and connectivity.• Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline Mac OS administration and improve efficiency, with a focus on JAMF automation capabilities.• Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect Mac OS systems from unauthorized access and threats.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Mac OS configurations, JAMF policies, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
