Starting pay for this job is $96,200.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects within our manufacturing organization. As a Senior Project Manager at FreshRealm, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple large and complex projects, including ERP implementation, custom software development, technology integrations, acquisitions, and Microsoft Office deployments. In addition to technical proficiency, you will be responsible for financial accountability and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.Major Duties And Responsibilities

Project Planning:

Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation

Financial Accountability:

Manage project budgets and financial resources, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective project deliveryIdentify cost-saving opportunities and maintain financial transparency with stakeholders

Project Execution:

Lead project teams to execute tasks, monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgetsManage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed, and resolve technical and operational issues

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, financial performance, risks, blockers, and milestonesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables, meeting established standards and requirementsConduct thorough testing and validation to verify project success

Resource Management:

Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to support project tasks and activitiesMonitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, financial reports, progress reports, and post-implementation evaluationsPrepare and present project reports to the PMO and senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, related field or equivalent experiencePMP certification requiredAgile-related certifications such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferredMinimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with a background in operations, manufacturing, inventory, and/or supply chain-related projectsProven experience in successfully delivering multiple large and complex projects at the same time in areas such as ERP implementation, custom software development, technology integrations, operations, acquisitions, or Microsoft Office deploymentsIn depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExpert level knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesProven ability to motivate and lead teams and expert ability in conflict resolutionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesStrong analytical skillsExpert level in project management software and toolsResults-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting project goals and objectivesAdaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environmentWhat We Offer
