Job DescriptionIntroduction:

CRM Experts Online, a premier CRM implementation and services provider, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a pivotal role in the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal departments/external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the COO.Manage, coordinate, and attend meetings, ensuring the COO is well-prepared for meetings, and taking minutes and action points as needed.Facilitate smooth daily operations through proactive problem solving and efficient handling of administrative tasks.Assist in project management for special projects at the direction of the COO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior executives.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage dynamically with staff at all levels of the organization and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling tools.Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality about company operations and sensitive information.Preferred Skills:
