PeaceHealth is seeking a per diem Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to support our teams in Southwest Washington! This unique opportunity will be supporting two outpatient practices within Vancouver & Longview, Washington. The Longview St. John Medical Center Child’s Place & The Vancouver Cascade Park Behavioral Health Clinic serves families with children who need professional assistance with behavioral and emotional problems, psychological testing, or psychiatric evaluation and medication management in Southwest Washington. Position Highlights:
Schedule: Per Diem, Minimum expectation would be 2 shifts monthly
Evaluation/Assessments which target high-risk families and children
Psychiatric Evaluations
Development of Treatment Plans in collaboration with other child serving agencies through multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings
Parent Education Services through group structure based on community needs
Medication Management in cooperation with Primary Care Physicians and Pediatricians

Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit is a 22-bed state of the art locked down unit, caring for adults and seniors struggling with issues of emotional distress. Our program is guided by a philosophy of strength-based treatment.
