is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and building relationships with our members!POSITION:The purpose of the Assistant Sales Manager is to assist the General Manager in growing the studio with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and further developing the StretchLab brand in the community. The Sales Manager also assists with retaining current members through communication, coordination, and customer service. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required!REQUIREMENTS:Membership or Commissioned Sales Experience RequiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retailAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayRequired to clean & maintain a clean workplace environmentMust be have excellent communication skills in person, via phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsIDEAL CANDIDATE:Is outgoing!Loves fitness/wellnessIs detail orientedKnows the community/areaWant to be the face of the companyHas ideally worked for commission beforeRESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the studio team with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeBook and confirm intro stretchesManage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studioConduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wantsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classesParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) as needed to promote the clubEnsure studio is clean and tidyOther duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS:Competitive compensationFree StretchesCommission paid on salesOpportunity for growthOngoing trainingFounded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.
