Responsibilities:

Reception Management:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages as needed.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Expense Report Processing:Collect and organize expense reports from executives.Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports using [specific software or system].Liaise with finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues.Office Administration:Oversee general office activities and operations, including supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility management.Manage office budgets and expenses.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.Executive Support:Provide administrative support to a few executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.Team Coordination:Act as a central point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.Foster a positive and collaborative office culture by organizing team events and activities.Skills, Requirements, and Personal Traits:

HS Diploma - Associates Degree preferredAt least 3 years of experience supporting office functions at a leadership capacityPrevious experience working within a manufacturing environment strongly preferredDrive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Vision & CultureExperience dealing with both Suppliers & Customers and a Management/Director levelAdherence of AMTB's Core ValuesEnsure QMS conforms to the requirements identified in IATF 16949 and AMTB Process MapFulfill all responsibilities as identified in the Employee Handbook
