What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools to monitor and track progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetOversee and coordinate the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that the engineering and development teams have the guidance and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutionsConduct comprehensive evaluations of existing business processes for Enterprise customers and provide expert recommendations for improvements using TeamViewer's technologyCraft and refine processes, aiming for heightened efficiency and cost optimization, while ensuring thorough process documentation for client clarity and internal referenceDiligently gather and articulate customer requirements; devise and oversee a robust project implementation plan tailored to our solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in customer-centric roles, preferably as a Technical Project Manager/Program Manager, with a record of successfully leading large-scale technology projectsRobust business acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and customer engagement experienceStellar communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a diverse audienceProficient in process engineering software, with domain experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or logistics being highly desirable
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
In-depth understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as knowledge in object-oriented development, build processes, change control management, and release modelsProficiency in API and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, XML, JSON)Expertise in troubleshooting within SaaS and on-premise environmentsExperience with mobile OS applications (Android, iOS, iPadOS) and Smart glasses technology (e.g., Vuzix, RealWear, Google, Microsoft)Demonstrated skill in Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing processes
