Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PMSummaryAssists Vice President of Operations and executes daily Operations activities designed to ensure efficient production of quality products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally:

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo include the following, other duties may be assigned:Maintains operational objectives complementary to corporate policies and goalsAssists Vice President of Operations administratively; performs a vital role in medical manufacturing processes by following established, documented procedures.Assists Operations in performing various activities related to Production; monitors and maintains Production Work Orders and related documents. Manages and maintains Purchasing and Inventory Control functions.Assists various departments as directed to ensure the operational efficiency of the organization.Works with management to solve problems identified during quality Operations activities.Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during Operations activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.Assists technical and administrative workers engaged in manufacturing, production, and quality assurance activities.Maintains a working knowledge of relative company quality assurance documents, instructions, and procedures.Plays an active role in operational and quality teams within the organization.Assists in investigating operational and quality assurance issues, preparing hand written and type written reports.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associates degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in medical device manufacturing.Language Ability:

Ability to read,and interpret quality assurance and company procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, supervisors, managers, and executive staff.Math Ability:

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar e-mail program. .Certificates and Licenses:
