Job Responsibilities
Identify and drive tech and non-tech initiatives within the Money Organization.Manage the phased delivery of projects for positive business impact.Identify, communicate, and manage project-associated risks.Monitor projects post-deployment to ensure ongoing success.Review and co-own data analytics processes within the Money Incident Management team and scale in incident management as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementStrong knowledge of FTP/SFTP and AWS/cloud environmentsAbility to cover weekend shifts once every 4-5 weeks with a high degree of adaptability
