RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking an IT Business Analyst IV.
Duties:
Identify and drive tech and non-tech projects/initiatives for all capabilities within the Money Organization under the Small Business Group business unit.Focus on phased deliveries for each of the projects to maximize positive business impact.Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects.Post deployment monitoring for the projects.Review and co-own existing data analytics process flows within the Money Incident Management (MIM) team - dedicated group that supports Major Incidents that impact the Money organization.Learn and scale in incident management processes to proxy support Major Incidents as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Incident/Problem/Change management.FTP/SFTP experience.Project/Program management experience.AWS/Cloud experience.Willingness to cover weekend shifts once every 4-5 weeks.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
