In this meaningful role, you will engage with cross-functional teams across every step in the customer journey working to ensure we launch new products with best-in-class experiences while also driving improvement to existing ones among Adobe's biggest flagship products.Our team needs someone that is passionate about building better customer experiences enabling us to continue delivering on our brand promise, creativity for all. Help us become the best in the industry at end-to-end customer journey management.Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:Dive deep into understanding products go to market strategy, competitive landscape, and how the experience we plan to deliver aligns with the needs of a customerIdentify key personas and customer journeys, map flows, and diagnose performance by mining data across many sourcesInterview customers, develop user tests, and identify breakdowns in the customer journey as the customer experiences itSize and prioritize opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative methodsFacilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and drive action across the organizationHere’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus within the consumer software industry. Are you in business development strategy or product marketing? We still want to hear from you!Experience managing through ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete/ imperfect data; proven track record to assess tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritize, and maintain a bias for actionExperience with creative/design tools and processesExcellent collaboration skills, incorporating other’s points of view, and helping to align interestsStrong cross-functional and executive-level communication and presentation abilitiesMBA preferred (or equivalent practical experience)Pay Range:$89.00 - $98.59/hourReady to make your mark?
