Wages include Base Annually Compensation of between $95,000.00 and $120,000.00.Responsibilities:Manage MSP vendor and/or

in-house IT specialists while working as a team.Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems for end-users.Collaborating with remote helpdesk team in resolving issues onsite.Providing excellent customer service and IT support.Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including data center, office infrastructure, servers, networks, security, hardware/software components, backup system and monitoring.Accountable for detailed resource plans.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.Ensure the organization's IT security by implementing and managing robust cybersecurity measures,

firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPN and data encryption. Stay updated on industry security trends and lead efforts to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and technology integrations.Manage external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely procurement, implementation, and support of IT solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to understand technology needs and align IT strategies with overall business objectives.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee IT literacy and productivity.Design, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructures.Build and implement monitoring and logging services.Performs routine audits of systems and software, as well as capacity planning and analysis.Remain current on broad technology infrastructure changes in the industry, applying to cost-savings or competitive advantage.Performs related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline highly preferred.5+ years' supervisory or leadership experience managing IT services preferred.5+ years of progressively senior experience in technology design, development, and delivery.Direct experience managing incidents, ensure privacy and security, and comply with regulations.Experience managing/monitoring cloud and on-premises infrastructure.Experience with security and audit requirements around account provisioning and logging.Sense of urgency, and ability to solve IT problems.Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.About Us:The Tuttle-Click Automotive Group has been serving the Southern California community since 1946.
