Looking for Automotive Warranty Administrator with Ford Motor company knowledge, to performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle warranties . The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the submission, correction, and collection of warranty claims.Compensation : The Service - Warranty Admin Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.

Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $26.50 and $35.00 based on experience in automotive service.Benefits:Competitive SalaryEmployee Appreciation DayFlexible SchedulesFamily owned & operated since 1946Medical PlanDental PlanVision PlanLife InsuranceLong and Short-Term Disability InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time Off401(K) w/ Employer ContributionIn House TrainingEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness ProgramEducational Assistance for DependentsEmployee Discounts on Sales, Service & PartsResponsibilities:In an accurate and timely manner, ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work by preparing, flagging, and submitting each warranty claim.Review every warranty repair order for completion, accuracy, and legibility, in accordance withthe applicable policies and procedures manuals.Define the scope of a warranty claim by communicating with service advisors.Have a follow-up process to ensure complete compensation for the dealership and technicians on all claims.Review warranty claims that are returned, adjusted, or rejected and track them until they are resolved.Resolve and handle all claim corrections and charge backs.Keep current on all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.Maintain customer and service records as required by the warranty repair manual.Keep a positive working relationship with the service and parts departments.Other duties, as assigned.Qualifications:Must have 3-5 years previous Warranty Administrator/Clerk auto dealership experience!!Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic procedures.Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.Professional appearance and work ethic.Experience with automotive parts (identification, inspection, classification of component groups, etc.) and overall automotive vehicle knowledge.Confidence in our ability to be successful.Great attitude with high energy.Reynolds/Ignite knowledge a PLUS!!About Us:The Tuttle-Click Automotive Group has been serving the Southern California community since 1946.
