As a Business Development Representative for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll join a reputable company in a high-growth industry with unlimited potential for progression. This position focuses on establishing and maintain contacts and relationships with referral sources for home care patients and client, including physician offices, hospitals, skilled and other nursing facilities community resources and others appropriate to targeted markets and service lines. This requires traveling to various sites to develop and maintain a relationship with the community partners. Flexible scheduling available; Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR

5-hour shifts Monday - Friday.Our Business Development Representatives enjoy some excellent benefits:$25-$35 per hourMake a difference in the lives of others through the work you doFlexible schedule and family-oriented culture that promotes work-life balanceOnline training, growth and ability to earn CEUsAs a Business Development Representative an overview of the job responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining relationships with home care referral sources and prospective clients such as physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, to grow and increase salesCreate and implement account development strategies to target, nurture and grow accountsPrepare and conduct sales presentations to organizations and community resources with access to prospective home care clientsTrack and report all prospecting, account development, referral and sales activityMeet with operational managers to monitor customer service levels and review target accountsRequirements of this position include:Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare servicesDemonstrated knowledge of home health services, referral sources and payorsUnderstanding of state and federal home health standards and regulationsExcellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality and ability to work independentlyWhy Work for Interim HealthCare?Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nation’s first home care company and a leading employer of Business Development Representatives.
