CaptainAs a

Valet Captain

, you will

be responsible for

orchestrating the exceptional service experience for hotel/site guests while working alongside coworkers to ensure that the site’s service standards are met or exceeded

.

Valet

Captain has

additional

duties involving coordination and administration, as well as

providing

troubleshooting and/or guidance when the manager is not on-site.

You will also

be responsible for

handling

critical issues and be

required

to make judgment calls when expediency is

a priority

. When issues are not urgent, they report information to the manager,

provide

the facts of the matter and seek

instructions

on

how to

proceed

)Monitor the parking/drive up area to keep the flow of vehicles organized (barricades, directing tr

delivery of guest vehicles.Conduct key audit with the Valet team at the end of each shift.Maintains the cleanliness of the front of the

valet stand entranceNotifies the Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals whenever possible.Maintains a clean and orderly appearance of the work area at all times.

Create positive customer experiences by consistently

providing

excellent, 5-star service to Metropolis Parking’s clients and customersAssist

customers and/or guests with luggage and other items, encouraging a positive arrival and departure experienceAssist

guests,

customers

and staff with general inquiries about parking, site location, directions, amenities, attractions, etc.Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest servicesUse and

maintain

equipment properly, including keeping equipment cleanWork independently and as part of the teamAccurately use claim check process to return the correct vehicle to each guestIn the absence of the Operations Manager or Operations Supervisor, ensure coverage is

maintained
