Job Description:

Design, develop, operationalize, and maintain a scalable architecture for organization-wide data sets, including normalizing data for time periods and across various sources to meet dashboarding needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert in the development of data visualization to produce efficiency in replication of existing reports while also helping to ideate a future state for enhanced decision making.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, enhance, and manage business intelligence solutions built on the Power BI platformCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify existing processes and data sources, and provide recommendationsCreate visualizations and reports; meet customer expectations and support them in their decision-making processesProven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Analytics Technologies Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, SAP BI)Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Analyze requirements or existing systems, and make recommendations on designing, modeling, or organizing new database schemas to support visualizationsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred5+ years experience with analytics strategy and architecture3+ years experience in Power BI development on an enterprise-levelExperience developing with KPIs, executive reporting, access controls with Power BI rolesOperationalization of Power BI experience across an enterprise is critical

Target salary range is $80,000 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
