A small business in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to handle paperwork, problem-solving, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage and organize office paperwork and records.Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.Handle problem-solving and resolve administrative issues.Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations.Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial tasks.Communicate effectively with staff and external partners.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Ideal Qualifications:
