A dynamic company in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to set up, monitor, and manage fundraising campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to stay in touch with clients throughout the entire campaign process. Non-profit experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities Include:Campaign Setup:
Collaborate with clients to design and launch effective fundraising campaigns tailored to their goals.Data Monitoring:
Analyze campaign data and metrics to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of live campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to maximize results.Client Communication:
Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.Feedback and Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and deliver insights to clients for future strategies.Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.Ideal Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in campaign management, with a preference for those with non-profit experience.Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement creative solutions during campaign execution.Organization:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Team Player:
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
