Job DescriptionMinimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SCCM infrastructure in enterprise environmentsSubject matter expertise in the following: SCCM/MECM, Intune or equivalent UEM platforms, GPO/GPP, PowerShell, All Windows IterationsDesign, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components, including Central Administration Site (CAS), primary sites, distribution points, management points, software update points, Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), and CMG connection pointsConfigure and optimize SCCM settings, roles, and features to ensure efficient and reliable software deployment, patch management, and endpoint protectionExpertise in SCCM architecture, including task sequences, site hierarchy design, role configuration, boundary groups, and content distributionFamiliarity with SCCM features such as using the App Model, CI Baselines, Task Sequences, OSD, creating virtual apps and creating collections with special script deployments that automatically resolve perpetual issuesIn-depth knowledge of SCCM features and functionalities, such as software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and reportingCreate custom reports and dashboards to monitor SCCM infrastructure performance, client health, software deployments, and compliance statusStrong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking conceptsEmbrace and enable change and transformation in technology related to Endpoint ManagementPlan upgrades, changes, or implementations for System Center Configuration Manager Components while following established change control procedures.Create complex and dynamic collections, advertisements, queries, reports, other technical documents as required and manage local and remote site boundaries, site systems, site roles, inter-site dependencies, and communication.Optimization of SCCM Site Servers and Knowledge in Disaster Recovery using SCCM BackupsHelp create and maintain operating system images with applications to be deployed via PXE boot and or boot media to be used in the production environment.Plan and schedule the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and applications software.Proficiency in creating SQL and WQL queriesRun queries and reports against SCCM database for software and hardware inventory, running them and export to a CSV files.Manages system performance metrics that includes monitoring and reporting on processes, uptime, performance, utilization, and capacity of SCCM server equipment.
