This position will be responsible for engaging, cultivating, soliciting and renewing gifts from individual donors for their assigned Kentucky Children’s Hospital and Department of Pediatrics funds. Working with the Executive Director of Philanthropy, the incumbent will develop a portfolio from alumni, parents, patients, families and friends with an anity to his/her assigned unit(s). This position will reach out to prospects, secure face-to-face visits, engage them in the vital mission, solicit and close gifts focused at this level. This role will be held to metrics of number of visits, progress developing and qualifying prospects in the Associate Director’s portfolio, proposals submitted and dollars raised. The successful candidate should be someone who is a self-starter with skills in oral and written communication.
