At Billor, we are building the largest truck ecosystem in the US through a verticalized and integrated business platform with Fintech, Technology and Freight Management to a highly fragmented market, with our mission centered around the driver's success.Senior HR Business PartnerWe are looking for an experienced, highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. You will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company and along with the C-Level will help to shape the culture of the company and help to make sure we have the best team to achieve our mission.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for HR consulting and guidance throughout the organizationImplement and maintain HR best practices, from payroll, benefits to performance reviewDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including due diligence, project management, implementation, change management, communication and roll-out.Expert listening skills and ability to diagnose organizational opportunities within supported business group using strategic HR influence skills and leveraging HR functional area support.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesManage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process including workforce planning, approvals, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, background screening, and offers.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Interpret policy and applicable employment legislation as neededLiaise with Payroll on administration of payroll records including new hire and termination administrationAdvise managers and supervisors on best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Ensure compliance with all laws, policies and regulations.Maintain HR documentation such as HR templates & formsPerform administration and other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and requiredQualificationsGreat communication skills (verbal and written)Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (ideally both)BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferredMinimum 5+ years of relevant professional experienceMulti-national country support experienceStrong analytical and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detailPractical knowledge of operations, company policies and government regulationsExceptional prioritization & organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environmentExceptional Microsoft office and computer application skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
