is looking for an experienced and dedicated

Logistics Sales Broker

to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position for individuals looking for an opportunity to enter the logistics industry.The person will possess an active book of sale, with outstanding sales experience, honed-in customer service skills, share our passion for technology and be able to offer a variety of business solutions. We value Sales Brokers who are passionate about growing existing accounts while proactively pursuing new account relationships, all while identifying roadblocks and obstacles, to increase current and prospective business productivity. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, offering tailored solutions, with the dedication to expanding the business relation and facilitating seamless transitions between our clients with our internal customer support team.

As you meet with current and future clients, it will be your responsibility to not only shine light on a prospect’s supply chain inefficiencies, but to offer catered business solutions, that AsstrA Trans is known for. As a representative of our company, an ideal candidate would present themselves in a professional manner that will honor our AsstrA family company values.

Responsibilities/Duties

Educating customers about our shipping solutions

Conducting research on customers that have a need for our services

Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts

Qualifying prospects for size, complexity, and overall fit for our company

Using sales automation tools to track progress and report goals

Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions

Qualifications/Skills

High school diploma/GED required (bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related field preferred)

Sales experience required, min 3 year

Book of Sale required

Strong interpersonal skills

Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve

Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
