to their team! This is a full time, temp to permanent role offering commission after conversion.

Technical Sales Support
Responsibilities:Initiating contact with strategic vendors not yet engaged in the program, managing vendor queue, prioritizing calls, retiring non-participating vendors and ensuring timely campaign completionInputting vendor and client data into specified databases, accurately documenting vendor contacts and acceptance statusAnalyzing enrollment metrics with clients, sales and project management teamsServing as an intermediary between vendors and clients, addressing payment concerns and negotiating termsOvercoming vendor objections by presenting alternative payment optionsHandling both inbound and outbound calls professionallyUtilizing various applications to efficiently assist customersDemonstrating effective verbal and written communication with customers, colleagues and managementProficiently cross-selling additional products and servicesDirecting calls to appropriate departments or personnelProviding customers with precise account information in a fast-paced environmentExhibiting strong interpersonal skills and teamwork awarenessManaging multiple tasks including data input, probing, solution provision and navigating through different interfaces while employing basic customer satisfaction techniquesPerforming additional duties as required by business demands
Technical Sales Support
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred1.5+ years of high call volume experience1+ years previous experience in inside sales/telesales or sales support preferredMust be focused and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectivelyMust be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervisionExcellent level of personal organization with superior telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills are requiredAnalytical and general math skills are requiredAbility to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issuesDemonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple projectsRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office product suite, including Excel and Outlook are essential
