Customer Care Advocate

Customer Care Advocate Responsibilities:

Answer routine customer inquiries (calls and cases) regarding products, price quotes and availabilityProcess and enter large volumes of customer orders and sample order requests in the systemAnswer phones, chats and cases to create orders and problem solveRespond to customer follow up from phone calls, chats and casesManage held order workbench for orders createdReview and manage PO entry in SalesforceEffectively resolve and respond to open Salesforce casesTrack orders for shipmentSend invoice copiesProcess catalog requests and requests to be removedPerform other duties as requested to support the business

Customer Care Advocate Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required2+ years of previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environmentStrong familiarity with computer systems such as MS Office, ERP, Salesforce and CRM systemsPrevious order entry experienceAbility to work independently to solve problems and deescalate customer issues and complaintsAbility to prioritize multiple tasksInterpersonal effectiveness and strong verbal and written communication skills
