to join their team! This member-driven credit union provides their clients with 24/7 access to products and services that will help them achieve their financial goals.
Credit Union
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's Service PromisesExplain and recommend credit union products and servicesProvide information on new and on-going promotionsAddress and resolve member problems and complaintsFacilitate wire transfer requests, process check orders and provide loan payoff informationProcess phone transfer requests between share accounts, loan accounts and cross-member accountsProcess check withdrawals and loan advance requestsMeet daily/monthly departmental productivity standards
Credit Union Call Center Representative Requirements:
1+ years of consecutive experience in a bank, credit union or financial institutionPrevious work experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferredStrong attention to detail with ability to multitask while speaking with a customer on the phoneExcellent verbal and written communications skills, effective listening skills and ability to identify needs through phone conversation
