Healthcare Call Center Representative
will be responsible for providing a first-class experience from patients that call the facility with inquiries, appointments, or consultations. Additional tasks include assisting patients with promptness, accuracy, and an overall personal touch.
Healthcare Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Handle high volume of inbound phone calls from patientsScreen patients, handle sensitive medical informationPerform medical necessity checks and secure patients financial accountsUpdate patient demographics and insurance informationAdhere to HIPAAHealthcare Call Center Representative Requirements:
GED or high school diploma required; college degree preferred1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration1-year high-volume call center experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
