Provide superior customer service within a fast-paced environmentAnswer phone calls, reply to emails, and resolve customer issuesManage the needs of customers independentlyUpdate account information in a comprehensive databaseMaintain quotas, goals, and metricsNotate and determine issues with customers and their inquiries accuratelyCall Center Representative Requirements:
Prior phone-based experience in telemarketing, call center, collection, or customer service environment is preferredAbility to work well independently and contribute to the overall success of the teamExcellent oral and written communication skillsSuperior interpersonal skills and strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task effectively and flexible to adapt to change
