Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Corporate Accounting ManagerAs our client’s Corporate Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing monthly consolidations, overseeing financial statement presentations, and ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. ~ Top Requirements of the Corporate Accounting Manager ~Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3+ years of experience in public accounting
CPA certification
Solid knowledge of GAAP Accounting
Excellent Excel experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive learner who enjoys solving problems and facing a variety of challenges
Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of work product
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently with limited direction from the manager
~ What You'll Do as a Corporate Accounting Manager ~Perform monthly consolidation of financial statements
Present and review monthly and year-end financial statements
Maintain the Loan schedule
Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
Prepare and review adjusting journal entries
Collaborate with auditors and respond to inquiries regarding financial statements and tax matters
Assist the accounting team with ad-hoc projects as needed
~ What You’ll Bring to the Corporate Accounting Manager Role ~5+ years of accounting experience with a mix of public and private sectors (preferred)
Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements (preferred)
Exposure to real estate accounting is a plus
