Digital Account Coordinator
Job Summary
We are a national, digital dental marketing agency looking for a highly motivated, career-driven Digital Account Coordinator that is ready to grow with our reputable, rapidly expanding agency.
This is a full-time, entry-level role that will support our Account Services team to ensure client satisfaction. The Account Coordinator will be in charge of providing efficient and supportive service to all the clients working with their assigned accounts on a daily basis-ultimately working to make sure that what the clients wants, happens-pertaining to all things marketing.
The ideal candidate has working knowledge and experience in website development, SEO, PPC, social media, local SEO and online reviews. Experience in the dental or healthcare field is preferred, but not required.

You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients' needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience or experience functioning in a digital capacity will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Support existing Account Managers in their efforts to retain clientsBuild strong client relationships through regular communication and as secondary point of contact for the agency to the clientAddress client queries effectively and in a timely mannerWork with Account Manager to suggest/promote company services that maximize client satisfactionSuggest, design and implement digital projects to increase client ROI and company growthAnalyze digital campaign needs and their successStay up-to-date with digital technology trends and share amongst Account Managers and agency cross-functional teamsManage, retain and grow House AccountsServe as primary contact with vendors for internal marketing materials and for clientsAssist with the organization and preparation of dentist outreach eventsAssist with special projects as needed for account service and/or leadership teamRequired Skills/Abilities
