Finance Business Partner (Finance Manager

) is responsible for driving and supporting the overall financial health and strategy for

Audigy’s

members’ practices, as well as aggressive growth goals and a high degree of business acumen. The FM will partner with our dynamic member practices to track and evaluate the financial performance of the businesses and assess operational activities and behaviors that impact financial results.This position requires work in office a minimum of three days per week and up to 25% travel.Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 per year with a variable commission structure, $75.00 per month cell phone reimbursement, and the following benefits:Medical/dental/visionHybrid work environment401(k) w/company matchParental/family leave w/transition back to workDay care Flexible Spending AccountPTO/holidaysEducation reimbursementAnd more…Performance Objectives:Oversee all financial management, planning, systems, and controls for members within the assigned territory, including key performance indicators (KPIs), income statements, balance sheets, financial health, budgeting, forecasts, cash-flow management, and chart of accountsLead, develop, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes for assigned membersMonitor and advise member on financial performance against budget and
