We might be a bank, but we understand that many of the traditional financial services are outdated and put the burden on the user to figure them out. Evolve is leading the industry as a Banking as a Service (Baas) provider by designing financial products that meet users where they are and solve their needs.

With great success comes great growth. As a rapidly growing division, Evolve Open Banking is looking to expand our product team to support the demand. A major function of supporting our relationships is designing solutions that make it easier for partners and customers to integrate to our products. We are looking for a forward-thinking product manager that has strong problem-solving abilities and is a highly skilled communicator. Eligible candidates are expected to have experience managing Banking as a Service (BaaS) products or Software as a Service (SaaS) equivalent.

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of our customers internally.Collect and analyze product feedback from customers.Identify customer pain points and present solutions to the product and development teams.Coordinate product updates across the organization, communicate impact to key stakeholders, and work with the marketing team to roll out product updates to customers.Maintain the product roadmap using Agile development methodologies.Own and improve documentation templates and platforms.Work in an agile environment while managing shifting priorities and projects.Design products with an understanding of the environment and constraints of startup tech companies to better solve their needs.Communicate product vision to multiple types of stakeholders, including executives, developers, customer managers, sales, etc.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or computer science.Two + years working as a product manager, designing, and taking products to market.Two + years managing software as a service product in or related to the financial industry.

Strong written skills, especially in terms of technical documentation, user stories, and use casesExpert in agile and sprint development methodologiesFamiliarity with engineering constraints and requirementsAbility to research new topics and develop a deep understanding while maintaining a strong attention to detailStrong understanding of the payments industry, providers, and processes
