Duties:

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and evidence.
Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions as necessary.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of Litigation experience.
Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory.
Preferred admission to the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and Eastern District of New York (EDNY).
Proven ability to handle a large caseload efficiently.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications: Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar Association.
Skills:
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in legal software and case management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
