Effectively communicate with clients, opposing parties, court, and othersAnalyze client situations and needs to create strategic plans of actionPrepare for hearings and represent clients in court proceedingsDraft pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, and other legal documentsReview and monitor new laws and regulationsContinuously update clients on case developmentsCounsel clients on settlement options versus contesting issuesPerform other tasks as assigned by the Senior AttorneyRequirements:
3 years of experience working in a family law firm in SE WisconsinAdmitted to practice law in Wisconsin and satisfactory standing with the State BarExcellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situationsEducation & Certifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolSkills:
