Our thriving culture can be broken down into four components: 360 degrees Health; Teamwork; Quality; and Sustainability.The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the coordination of all maintenance and repair of a wide variety of production, processing machines and equipment with minimal downtime on their respective shift.NOTE:

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:Support preventative maintenance programs and provide technical support to the team for troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize process efficiencies.Manage a team of hourly maintenance professionals while reporting to the Maintenance Team LeaderPrioritize work of their team to achieve long term value and be flexible to adjust to ever-changing conditions.Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.Oversee equipment repairs and ensure that work is completed within the allocated time.Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.Conduct routine safety inspections as needed.Establish strategies to meet workload for the Maintenance Team.Participate in and support Environmental, Health & Safety excellence. Foster an environment where safety is a priority.Participate in and Lead improvement initiatives and projects to achieve desired results.Work closely with department leaders and shift Facilitators to identify/prioritize equipment reliability issues.Help Maintenance Team Members Assess machine conditions by using technical, electrical, and mechanical skills.Be a Technical resource to provide knowledge, skills and experience while solving complex problems.Develop cohesive teams between the operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.Basic Requirements:A minimum of (2) two years of leadership experience in industrial/manufacturing or military environmentExperience leading improvement efforts in preventative maintenance.Technical electrical and/or mechanical skills capable of assessing machine conditions.Microsoft Office product experience: Word (document creation/editing), Excel (sorting data, creating tables), & Outlook (scheduling tasks, calendar invitations and general professional correspondence)Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)Experience in capital projects & managementExperience with a CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems)Experience managing equipment parts inventory.Ability to read, write, and speak English.
