Senior Total Rewards Analyst
As a Senior Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s compensation and benefits strategy. Your expertise will ensure that our employees receive competitive rewards while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Direct Report:
You will report to the VP, Total Rewards.
Location:

About The Role
Compensation Oversight :
Evaluate and enhance compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and equity plans.
Conduct market research to ensure our compensation remains competitive.
Collaborate with finance and HRIS teams to manage compensation data and systems.
Benefits Administration :
Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure accurate enrollment, compliance, and communication related to benefits.
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Billing and benefits administration.
401(k) Audit.
Total Rewards Strategy :
Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Advise senior leadership on best practices for talent retention through rewards programs.
Monitor industry trends and adjust our offerings accordingly.
Compliance and Reporting :
Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits.
Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and the board.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in total rewards, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Compensation
Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility, and long-term stock incentives. This role's expected annual salary range is $90,000 to $115,000, with a 10% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility. The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.
