From our touch-to-open technology to the soft-closing door or drawer, we modernize the kitchen and bath experience.BenefitsBlum USA believes in offering their employees an excellent benefits package that includes:Salaried positionPossible bonus opportunitiesHealth (Medical, dental and vision) & wellness benefit401(k) & ROTH 401(k) with 6% employee matchingFSA & Dependent CareThree weeks’ vacation starting your second year on the jobPaid sick leave (48 hours annually)Life insurance equal to annual salary at no cost to employeeOnsite Health clinicThe Corporate In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing focused legal advice to help meet the business objectives consistent with Blum’s risk tolerance.Professional BackgroundProvides recommendations on day-to-day legal issuesConducts legal researchReviews and writes various internal legal documents, contracts, and other legal documents, drafts corporate resolutions, etc.Advises on legal matters of the businessIdentifies legal risks and designs plans to mitigate and prevent routine legal risks.Works closely with Blum Austria’s legal team on legal topics that may affect the Blum group.Reviews contractual relationships between the company, vendors, subcontractors and partners.Occasionally works with outside legal counsel and corporate counsel on more complex legal topicsParticipates in preparing and delivering training, memorandums and presentations to employees, management and executives on legal matters.Will function as Blum USA’s liaison to corporate compliance.Domestic & international travel will be required.Knowledge and Experience:Broad understanding of legal topics which are typical in a larger company, corporate governance, etc.6+ years’ experience in corporate legal practice or relevant experience in a law firmExperience with contract law, NDAs, corporate law, product liability, intellectual property rights, international trade (import & export), labor lawMaster’s degree in law and/or Juris Doctorate degreeActive member of the state bar in good standings
