Corporate Legal Counsel

This is a great opportunity to join the legal department of a mid-cap, NYSE-traded company. Not too big, not too small - just right, sophisticated work in a collegial environment.As corporate counsel generalist, you will have responsibilities across securities law compliance and reporting, corporate governance, commercial contracts and some intellectual property matters. You will work closely with the leadership of the legal department and support the board and C-Suite. The successful candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented and embrace variety and working independently. Experience with an Am Law 200 law firm and/or a Fortune 1000 public company is required.Minimum Qualifications for the Attorney – In-House Corporate & Securities Counsel

5+ years' experience in the corporate and securities practice group of an Am Law 200 firm and/or the legal department of a public companySignificant experience supporting public company board governance, securities filings and general corporate and commercial contracts workExcellent academic credentials and graduation from an ABA-accredited law schoolMember in good standing of at least one U.S. state barStrong organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding referencesPosition Details of the Attorney – In-House Corporate & Securities Counsel

Pay : The annualized pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 or more of base salary as well as an annual incentive compensation.
