Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.Conduct depositions and effectively examine witnesses to gather crucial evidence.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies and provide sound legal advice.Maintain accurate and detailed case files, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is properly filed.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of success.Extensive knowledge of commercial litigation practices, procedures, and laws.Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present legal arguments in court.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative legal strategies.Experience conducting depositions and examining witnesses.If you are a passionate and driven Commercial Litigation Attorney seeking a permanent position that offers challenging work and the opportunity for professional growth, we encourage you to apply.
