What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement a readiness plan for the large-scale migration of nonprofit customersCreate comprehensive communications planning to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the migration processMaintain diligent tracking of project progress, managing migrations, testing, milestones, and completionIdentify and manage all project resources, defining roles and responsibilities and tracking deliverables and due datesLead the project team through each phase, ensuring clarity on next steps and adherence to best practices
What Is Required (Qualifications)
6-8 years of experience in a prior role or experienceStrong project management skills, including readiness planning, scheduling, and resource managementExcellent communication skills to develop clear communications planning and articulate project status and strategiesProficiency with project tracking tools to monitor all aspects of projects and ensure timely completion of milestonesAbility to manage the migration process end-to-end, including overseeing test cases and solution validation/testing
