Provide legal support to clients and assist PartnersMaintain client relationshipsPrepare legal reports and documentsTake depositionsPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsQualifications:
ABA accredited schoolPrevious experience in similar practiceFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe Offer:
