associate attorney
with experience in
civil litigation defense.Qualifications
ABA accredited schoolThis is heavy on the trial side from say one.Be the attorney in 2nd chair relatively quickly.Must have trial experiencePrevious experience in similar practiceFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities
Billable Hours, including admin. time is expected to be at 2000 hours per year.Provide legal support to clients and assist PartnersIdeal candidate will want to further their career by representing clients at trial!Should have experience working in civil litigation defense, managing litigation cases, writing law and motion, settling claims and advocating for clients in court.Maintain client relationshipsPrepare legal reports and documentsTake depositionsPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsFull benefits 100% employer paid.Please submit writing sample and resume for consideration.Salary: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.
