This role is a highly detailed role within the hotel to complete event requirements and create an appealing experience for guests.Duties will include but are not limited to resolving guest/client concerns, scheduling, coaching and counseling, maintaining department standards, staff development, interviewing/hiring, payroll and supporting the team members within these respective areas. The Assistant Operations Manager may also be responsible for maximizing banquet revenue, controlling expenses, and driving the highest level of customer service and scores.
