Description:
Provide customer application support for advanced ebeam inspection system in semiconductor fab.Field application support for advanced e-beam inspection system to resolve customer's wafer yield challenges. Help customers take full advantage of the advanced features. Support recipe setup, optimization, new application development, defect review, burn-mark and inspection report marking.Assist customer with defect classification analysis, failure modeling and defect source analysis.Provide technical support for Auto-Defect-Classification (ADC) software. Build, track and update knowledge tree to improve production cycle time.Provide training for customers on advanced software feature and application.Collaborate with internal R&D team to test advanced features based on customer's requests. Summarize best known method (BKM) report and introduce new features to customers.Work on new product evaluation to promote new equipment and application. Join customer joint development projects (JDP) to support customer's transition to a new technology node or ramp up a specific technology node.Requirement:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science.Deep understanding of semiconductor process flow and integration. Experience of SEM/optical defect inspection, or CD-SEM system is preferred.Good characterization data analysis and presentation skills.Take full ownership and goal oriented.Team player.
