In this role, you will assume ownership of crafting comprehensive strategies and architecture roadmaps for the Information Security team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and essential partners. Your contributions will be central to envisioning, creating, and refining strategic recommendations that align with business objectives, drive success and facilitate growth, all while safeguarding our invaluable assets from potential threats. Your expertise will propel the progress of all facets within our security portfolio initiatives, fostering compliance and awareness throughout our entire business landscape.What You'll Be Doing

Be accountable for the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year cyber security strategy, aligned with NVIDIA's business goals and technology advancements, to deliver elite security programs.Develop security architectures that are resilient, scalable, and adaptable, drawing from your success in ensuring the protection of critical assets, data, and systems.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to help shape the governance structure and supervise the management of an extensive workstream portfolio of a sophisticated set of cyber programs.Proactively establish and cultivate collaborative partnerships with NVIDIA business leaders and partners (including C-level executives) to ensure security alignment, robust support for requirements, and enable future growth.Stay at the forefront of cyber threats and vulnerabilities, anticipating potential risks and driving proactive measures and updates to our strategy to safeguard the organization.Engage in strategic partnerships with external collaborators, industry groups, and research organizations to stay informed about emerging security trends and technologies.Provide thought leadership on security matters, delivering insights both internally and externally to customers, partners, and the public, including executive-level presentations.What We Need To See

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.A minimum of 10 overall years of progressive experience in cyber security, with at least 5 years in strategic leadership roles.Proven track record in uniting teams towards shared goals, through consistently developing and driving cyber security strategies in highly regulated environments.Solid grasp of security architecture principles and a deep understanding of risk management.Superb communication skills, honed through delivering situational awareness briefings to senior leadership and partners.Extensive experience collaborating across functions and influencing multi-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to run and lead high-performing, diverse teams.Experience with cloud security, incident response modernization, and innovative security technologies.Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or a related field.Experience in securing AI and ML technologies.Strong industry connections and active participation in cyber security events.Background in technology or semiconductor industry.Leadership experience in global, distributed teams.Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.If you're a forward-thinking cyber security leader with a passion for driving strategic security initiatives, a knack for architecture design, and a desire to shape the security landscape in a technology powerhouse like NVIDIA, we encourage you to apply. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
