Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years direct experience; Master degree preferred.Professional or educational experience in human-centered design, innovation, design thinking or similar user experience design methods.Three+ years’ experience in cross-functional project management.Three+ years’ experience in service leadership and/or program development.Demonstrated experience utilizing data analytics to drive ideation and decision-making.The capacity to be highly adaptive to different work/personal cultures and work from a racial equity lens.Experience (lived, professional, or volunteer) with primary communities LSS serves: older adults, people with disabilities, families and youth, socio-economically disadvantaged, racially/ethnically diverse.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, through ambiguity.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Valid driver’s license and preferably access to a car.Lutheran Social Service of MN is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer of all people regardless of gender, race, culture, religion, ethnicity, protected veteran status and/ordisability.It is the expectation that all LSS/CHS employees will behave in a manner that is free of racism, discrimination, bias, and harassment where all individuals are treated with dignity, safetyandrespect.
