Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Systems Administrator with Full Scope Polygraph

to implement, maintain, and support our growing corporate and Information Technology infrastructure within a Microsoft Office 365 GCC High environment. You will be part of the Information Technology Operations team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available Information Technology Systems that meet business objectives service requirements.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Recommending, building, and establishing processes and procedures to maintain enterprise systems in multiple environments

Recommending, selecting, and implementing security, policies, procedures, and tools in conjunction with the company’s security team

Managing and maintaining Data Center systems and Enterprise Applications to include VMWare host, NetApp storage, Windows and Linux servers and various management applications

Monitoring system performance, utilization, and trending to ensure system availability, reliability, redundancy and sufficient capacity

Administrating and maintaining system software to support the system environment (upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations)

Providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

Working within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Coordinating support and maintenance activities with outside vendors and contractors

Working with users and other personnel for problem resolution

Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

5-10+ years of systems administration experience

Active TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph required

CompTIA Security+ is required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft and other Cloud environments such as:

Microsoft Office 365 GCC High is required; experience in migrating to GCC High is a plus

Networking - Good operating knowledge of networking concepts:

Switching

Routing

Firewalls

Deep understanding of an array of Enterprise compute system such as:

VMWare ESX/vSphere data center virtualization technologies

Enterprise storage systems such as NetApp storage systems

Enterprise backup systems such as Veeam system backup implementations

Windows server domains

RedHat, Centos, Ubuntu Linux server

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the following areas:

Package building and deploying with MECM

InTune/EndPoint Management

Jira ITSM/ITOM or other ITIL based tool in an enterprise environment

Demonstrated hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostic, analytics, and administration tools such as:

Manage Engine AD Manger Plus, AD Patch Manager Plus, AD Audit Plus, Desktop Central, etc.

Microsoft MECM

PDQ Automation Software

Nagios Network and Server monitoring

Demonstrated hands-on experience with systems integrations and automation techniques such as:

Powershell

SAML Authentication via Microsoft Azure

DUO Multifactor Authentication

Group Policy

Domain\M365 administration

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Security and Compliance:

NIST 800-53

DISA STIG

CMMC

Pay Range: $130,000 - $180,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
