Analyze large sets of Risk and Compliance data to understand core domain behavior.Participate in designing, developing, training, validating, deploying and monitoring machine learning models.Develop a clear and complete plan of action through collaboration, probing, reflecting, and summarizing of the solution.Contribute to alternative product configurations, platforms, and implementation issues.Participate in various training opportunities to invest in your technical knowledge, skills, and methods to provide innovative solutions.Analyze risks and benefits of various approaches to solve technical problems.Communicate problems to appropriate stakeholders when necessary, understanding who to bring in for assistance.Learn upstream and downstream dependencies and connections of a problem between applications and platforms.Collaborate with other data scientists and team members to ensure the seamless integration of data-driven insights into our products and services.What You Will Need:

Master’s degree in data science, Applied Economics, Statistics, or STEM field with sufficient overlap in explanatory analysis, predictive modeling, data treatments and coding.Desire to pursue your career as a data scientist and grow your skills in predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical modeling and optimization.Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistics and data science in general, with an interest in continuing education.Knowledge of machine learning methods including transformer-based models, deep neural networks, reinforcement learning, adversarial learning, decision tree based models, and/or classical models such as logistic, non-parametric, and other regression based models.Knowledge of large language models and building model pipelines preferred.Desire to enhance your skills with visualization tools such as ggplot, d3.js, Matplottlib, and Power BI.Knowledge of one or multiple data science programming languages such as Python, R and Spark, as well as SQL.Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools, such as Pandas, NumPy, or dplyr.Keen desire to learn machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.We believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay for this role is $75,000.Pay progression is based on performance.Our pay programs are just one element of our commitment to Be the ONE place you want to thrive in life.
