Work alongside Customer Support and Product teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers.Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick and reliable solutions to our customers.Collaborate with Product teams, ensuring a detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers.Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives.Analyze customer reported issues, then develop, document and validate appropriate solutions.Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems.Engage in continuous improvement efforts.Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers.What You Will Need:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience.2+ years of software engineering experience.Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience.Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software.Knowledge of or willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, React, node.js, CSS and HTML, Databases: Relational, C#, .NET.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives.Self-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities and change focus as required to deliver varying expectations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across diverse backgrounds.We believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay for this role is $85,000 per annum.Pay progression is based on performance.Our pay programs are just one element of our commitment to Be the ONE place you want to thrive in life.
